Tapioca Cheese Bread

Ingredients
2 cups tapioca flour (Other names: yucca, cassava or manioc)
2 1/2 cups white cheese, such as queso fresco or feta cheese
1 egg
¼ cup milk
Directions
1.Mix the cheese with the tapioca flour and egg.
2.Add milk until you have a soft dough, not too dry.
3.Make small balls and press a small dent in the bottom of the ball. Place on a nonstick baking sheet.
4.Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
